Become a Certified PX3 Provider 

PX3 appliances are only available through dental professionals who are highly qualified and prioritize their patients' care and well-being above everything else. To ensure quality and user experience, Certified PX3 Providers must go through our application process and complete an Airway and Sleep Dentistry course in partnership with SPEAR education.

With our fully digital platform, PX3 Providers must have an intra-oral digital scanner and are recommended to have a Formlabs 3-D printing platform.
